Abortion is the killing of a child--tougher restrictions are needed.

I am a resident of Virginia and consider myself to be pro-life. Nothing pains me more than to see women in pain from having been a victim of abortion. It is the after effects that you never hear about. You hear of the freedom of choice, but you never hear of the rightful guilt and depression that envelopes these women after going through such a devastating procedure.

I love and respect women, which is why I care for their health and well-being. Tougher restrictions need to be put in place to protect women and children. Rather than killing life and causing more long-term psychological effects from abortion, we can focus on building stronger family and communities and teach each other how to care for the least of us.

My beliefs in no way compromise the ability for a woman to be a woman. They enhance the very core of womanhood. If children were no more than a so-called blob of cells, why do women suffer more instability of mind after the removal of these blobs of cells? Women have been lied to, and it's time to uncloak the money machine behind the bad science.
