With all of the education, technology, progression (an every other tool in the box), that we've seen in our species duration on this planet, I can not fathom WHY this bill is even being considered. It's even more astounding how anyone who has completed elementary school could even consider any of this as appropriate as it's written and being presented. I would love to see a seriesof basic Biology courses imposed upon those who are speaking for us without hearing our voice. This is a huge, shameful step back to the caves, when we should be heading to the stars.
