I strongly support the proposed regulations for abortion centers in VA.  These clinics perform invasive surgical procedures on women of all ages and with varying health issues.  If safety is truly a concern, they must meet the same regulatory requirements of any other outpatient surgical center.  Failure on their part to have accomplished this to date is their issue and should not influence the sensible need for prudent regulatory oversight.  Thank you, Sara Glick
