As a person of faith I am strongly opposed to the use of restraints on prisioners when in labor, or giving birth and in post-partum care.

Please amend the regulation to prohibit the use of restraints when the women are in labor, giving birth or undergoing post-partum care. I know of no adverse consequence in doing so.
