As a women I find this bill to be completely out of line & unconstitutional . I find it hard to believe that placing abortion clinic regulations is currently a top priority in the Senate in the face of a huge deficit this state is facing. Not only is this an attack on women's medical rights the bill is being sponsored by a man, not a female legislator. If this was truly to protect women should it not be put forth by a woman? This men will never know what it's like to be a pregnant young woman faced with the reality of the world. Broke, in college, & diagonsed with a life altering condition does not leave you with many choices. Being faced with the reality of having not having the means to properly care for a child let a lone trying to be a single parent is not how a child should be brought into this world. I was 21 when I decided to terminate my pregnancy. Between taking medication for brain injury & not being financially stable I was not in any position to raise a child. It would have been easy to force the responsibility on my parents but that would have been selfish of me. I made a medical & parenting decision to stop my pregnancy. The process is painful & humiliating enough, but to force a woman to look at an ultrasound is barbaric & uncalled for. I hope the male legislators can respect a woman's choice by not voting for this measure. It's a very private and personal decision for women
