Stop the requirements on clinics that work with women on reproductive issues. This is an all out attack on Virginia Womens' Rights and has no basis in safety for the patients. It is a slap in the face of every woman who seeks information, education, preventative care and in less than 10% of the cases, abortion from low cost providers of women's health care.
Using this same logic, we should require all colonoscopies, vasectomies and wisdom teeth extractions be held to the same building standards. Each procedure is invasive, and often in the case of colonoscopy and wisdom teeth extractions, the patient is under general anesthesia.
There is no scientific basis for this law. And it is once again an assault on Virginia Womens' Rights, and a breach of the Separation of Church and State!
