On April 20, the State Board of Social Services said that faith-based agencies have a fundamental right to continue their great work without government intrusion into the practice of their faith.
Children have a natural right to both a mother and a father, who have a biological, spiritual, and psychological complementarity that uniquely qualifies them for the raising of children.
Many religious organizations and people recognize this fact. It is a clear principle of "the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God" referenced in the Declaration of Independence. There are no God-given "Natural Rights" in opposition to the "Natural Law." The creation of such rights would set the God-given and Constitutionally guaranteed right to religious liberty against a government created "gay right."
Every child deserves to have a mother and a father and every conscience should be respected.
