If and when voter fraud occurs, the person is either not allowed to vote or is reported to the appropriate authority.  For any elected official to put forth/support any legislation regarding absentee voting, is a leap backward and clearly a form of voter suppression.  They can put our tax dollars to better use by pursuing ways to make voting more assessible to all citizens.
