The regulations governing voting must enable as many citizens as possible to vote.  Any rules that impede voting or exclude a portion of the electorate are inconsistant with the ideals of a democracy.  Please do not allow criteria such as a sloppy signature to invalidate an absentee ballot.  Those of us who have to be away on election day have the right to have to have our votes counted.k
