What constitues a sloppy signature?
What constitues a sloppy signature?
If the IRS, 1040 Federal Income Tax, Virginia State Income Tax forms, Commercial Banks and DMV recogizes and accepts a signature that is unique to the signatore, why would the state of VA require a signature that may be total different on an absintee voting ballot? This sound like a lame attempt to disqualify voting ballorts.
