The goal should be to get more people fully invloved in our democracy, and exercising the right to vote is central to that goal.  The measure being proposed is designed to limit involvement. Worse, it aims to silence the voices of those who want to participate and go to the effort to be heard.  Throw out a ballot because of poor penmanship?  What will they think of next?
