As a mother of two gifted students, I feel passing this regulation would greatly impact our Gifted Students.  The Gifted program allows them to explore ideas and topics that cannot be explored in the regular class room setting.  Please allow state funds allocated by the Deptment of Education for the education of Gifted students be used only to support those activites identifed in the school division's plans as approved by the Board of Education.
