Please admend the Administration code 4vac10-30 to support the second admendment rights of law-abiding Virgininas who have accquired a conceal weapons permit to carry a concealed firearm into the State parks. Personally, I think it is a sad day in America when we have to carry a firearm for self - defense, but it seems to have come down to that.
