I would like to give my input on the amendment to Virgina State Foresty Regulation 4VAC10-30-170. I am completely for the ability for law abiding citizens with valid carry concealed permits to carry conealed handguns in state parks. I fell this is a step in the right direction on not allowing visitors of state parks to become willing victims. Also, I think it would have an effect of increased security within the parks.
