I do believe that Ms. Stein, who commented "No to Concealed Carry" does not realize that criminals and outlaws with ill intent are in possession of illegal weapons.  If law abiding citizens are allowed to legally protect themselves and others from criminals, the crime rate would decline. 

I doubt she would be approached by any thug with a firearm strapped to her hip.  There is nothing more vulnerable than a woman with children alone in the forest. 

I am a woman that hikes and hunts alone, and am in full support of the subject amendment, but to also include open carry to law abiding citizens in Virginia's State Forests and Parks.
