With respect to proposed changes to Virginia State Forest Regulation 4VAC10-30-170, I support changes to the administrative code which allow concealed carry permit holders to carry a concealed handgun in state forests. 

Furthermore, given that open carry is the law across the state, why are there different rules on public lands.  Please support all aspects of the second amendment rights of law abiding Virginians.
