Dear Sir/Madam,

    I humbly request you to amend the Administrative Code to ALLOW concealed carry permit holders the ability to carry a concealed handgun for self-defense in Virginia State Parks.  I have been in law enforcement for 46 years (still full-time), and I have yet to encounter a cc permit holder who used this privilege to violate any law.  Thank you for giving me the privilege to express my opinion.
