Hello, I respectfully urge the Virginia Department of Forestry to amend their Administrative Code and to support the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Virginians.  Remember a citizen with a concealed handgun license..

.Has no felony convictions

.Has never been convicted of domestic violence

.Has no history of mental illness

.Has passed a background check and finger prints are on file with the Authorities

.Has passed mandatory training in both the use and applicable laws reguarding a firearm.
