I respectfully urge you to amend the Administrative Code and to support the Second Amendment rights of all law-abiding Virginians. I support the proposed language "This regulation shall not apply to the carrying of concealed handguns within state forests by holders of a valid concealed handgun permit issued pursuant to § 18.2-308 of the Code of Virginia".

This would allow concealed carry permit holders who possess a valid permit to carry a concealed handgun for self-defense within Virginia’s state forests.
