I fully support the amendment to the Virginia State Forest Regulation 4VAC10-30-170, which would allow concealed carry permit holders the ability to carry a concealed handgun for self-defense in Virginia's state forests. There is much support to allow concealed carry of hand guns for permit holders in Virginia State Forests as you will find through the discovery phase of this proposed amendment. At this time I am not a concealed carry permit holder, yet I am still in support of this amendment and it is an important issue to me and many of the people I know.
