OK...  The criminals will always have guns so the government there to serve law abiding citizens gives the advantage to the criminals....  In order for me to have a concealed carry permit, I MUST be a law abiding citizen, submit to being finger printed, only carry a REISTERED gun (U.S. Contstitution does not say a gun will be registered) and in most states have a passport photo on file...  What criminal has to do this?  I will protect myself and my family whether this law is passed or not...  The Constitution gives me that right...
