I respectfully urge the Virginia Department of Forestry to amend the Administrative Code, and specifically Virginia State Forest Regulation 4VAC10-30-170 to support the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Virginians by allowing concealed carry permit holders the ability to carry a concealed handgun for self-defense in Virginia's state forests.
