Firearms in state forests.

Sir/Madame,Good afternoon,I would like to take a few minutes to share my opinion and overall feelings on CCW in our state forests. First,I see no difference between a state owned forest and any other place citizens can carry a weapon, concealed or open, for all lawfull purposes. Second, declaring any area a "gun-free zone" is simply declaring to anyone who would seek to harm others, this is THE place. Third, depriving a citizen the right to self defence has never, and will never decrease violent crime. This fact has been proven time after time, all over the country, and the world. The right to self defence is a RIGHT,of all citizens, not the privilege of the few. These are simple, logical and  sustainable facts. I see no point in restricting our God given rights. The debate would seem settled, bolstered by decades of facts and statistics. I fully support this measure, and can not in good conscience support any elected official who would not defend and support what is guaranteed by our Constitution. Thank you for your time and consideration.
