Right to Bear Arms

All citizens of the United States have the RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS. This right is granted by the Second Amendment to the Constitution. This State regulation is restricting this RIGHT of citizens and is not lawful. RIGHTS are "GOD GIVEN" and not subject to regulation. The Constitution is not subject to the whim of the State or State Forester. Restrictions on the RIGHTS of citizens are not lawful.

I recommend that all restrictions on the carrying of fire arms concealed or openly carried be removed from this and all other regulations. A statement confirming the "RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS" of citizens be inserted.
