I respectfully urge the Virginia Department of Forestry to amend the Administrative Code and to support the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Virginians. 

I see no reason to limit a concealed weapon carried by a person with a current carry permit in a state park.

That person has received safety training and a background check and is very unlikely to use the weapon carelessly.  Whereas a person without a permit would not have had the safety training.
