gentelman:  va has more national parks and momuments than almost any other state, most of them from the civil war and national forests plus the blue ridge mountains national park & hiking trails.  it is necessary for anyone who carrys concealed to be able to excerise their rights also within the parks areas because the bad guys carry all the time every where and have zero respect for any rules laws or regulations what so ever to incude sometime's the wildlife, such as bears, and lions.  i would hate to think that an armed person died because the state law prevented him or her from excersing their rights tp be able to protect themselves and their famlies from harm or death!
