What a waste of time to make notification of an arrest to DCJS who is  not going to take any action or make any changes to the licensee's registration.  We have enough regulations clogging the wheels of progress in our industry.  That will be just an unnecessary added annoyance.  That's more than likely in violation of our constitutional rights.
