Our compliments to the Department for its amendments of paragraph A (4) regarding emergency assignment; however, the work is incomplete.

This paragraph recognizes emergencis during which practitioners may be able to get extensions on renewals, but paragraph E then states that the person can not work.  It seems that in an applicable emergency, when practiontiones can not get to training becasue of the exigency of the circumstances, that the purpose of paragrph four is to keep them working to address the emergency.

We suggest paragraph E, have the following language added: except as provided for emergency temporary assignments in paragraph A. (4).
