Locksmith Clarification of a comment made by me on 3/2/10 #13343 The Comment referred to the U.S. & the VA. Supreme Courts opinions based on the verb age used in the definition section of a local law and not the term locksmith nor this particular law, having said that I still firmly believe that as in these other cases where the use of a ( reasonable person clause is used it has to be specific or other wise becomes vague.
