I have a Virginia concealed carry permit.  I also am a member of The Rivanna Rifle and Pistol Club in Albemarle  County and a Life Member of the NRA.  I would like to be able to have the self protection while in our state forests and be able to carry a pistol on my person if I decide to in the future.  

I would appreciate your positive consideration in this matter as you confer in your deliberations.
