Please allow me to protect myself and my family in state forests as I can in most other places.  The time that we spend in state forests is curtailed because we can not feel safe in the more isolated areas.  The law enforcement personnel do a good job, but they can not be readily available to protect us and individual protection is not their job.  The right of having the ability to defend myself is all that I seek.
