Virginia State Forest Regulation 4VAC10-30-170

This message is to express my support for Virginia State Forest Regulation 4VAC10-30-170, which will allow concealed carry permit holders the ability to carry a concealed handgun for self-defense in Virginia's state forests.

The citizens of this Commonwealth who currently possess conceal carry permits know the privilege that it is to be granted this permit and the well-standing status they must have and retain within our communities.  The carrier will not jeopardize that privilege by violating current local, state and federal laws.  It is then the reason why I respectfully urge the Virginia Department of Forestry to amend the Administrative Code to support the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Virginians by amending Virginia State Forest Regulation 4VAC10-30-170.  Thank you in advance.
