Cocealed carry in State Forrests

Dear Madam or Sir,

My wife and I are motrcylists and travel through Va. parks and forrestes on a regular basis.  We are not 1% bikers, but enthusiasts in our fifties who travel on an expensive touring bike much of the time towing a pop-upstyle camper.  In my younger days I boxed, did a bit of karate and was reaonably adept at defending my and my family.  As time goes on and my physical capacity has become somewhat diminished, and crime/assaults have become commonplace I fell the need to be armed to properly defnd myself and family.

I am a VERY law abiding citizen, Army veteran and CHP holder.  I feel it is not only my right but also my duty to be armed and prepared.

Sincerely,

Gordon K. Parker

Gloucester, Va.
