I believe that the vast number of issued conceled Carry Permits and the fact that we are not blasting away at everything that moves (as predicted by many) shows that we carry responsibly.  Believeing we will quit being responsible citizens just because we are in State Forests is just silly.  Those ignorant few who do go blazing away at signs and every cipmunk with an agressive attitude are rifle toting, mouth breathing, knuckle dragging morons.  They are not the people who take the time to do the responsible thing and get a carry permit.
