I strongly urge the Virginia Department of Forestry to amend the Administrative Code and to support the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Virginians. Law abiding Virginians have the right to protect themselves from criminals. Criminals don't care whether you change the Administrative Code or not. That will not stop them from carry weapons. A code or a sign will not stop criminals. I recently went to a soccer complex that had a sign "NO GUNS ALLOWED". As a law abiding, concealled weapons permit holder, I did not carry my weapon. That sign would not and will not stop a criminal from carrying a weapon.  Help us to protect ourselves and our familys.
