As a neighboring state resident who travels through and to Virginia as a tourist, I would greatly support the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens who are concealed carry permit holders the ability to carry a concealed handgun for self-defense in Virginia's state forests.  I respectfully urge the Virginia Dept of Forestry to consider backing the rights of lawful citizens and allow concealed carry in the state forests.  This will support the rights given to us by our founding fathers and promote tourism by law abiding citizens like myself.  Thanks for your consideration.
