I am writing to request that you amend current Administrative Code and allow citizens with permits to carry concealed weapons in State Parks.  Further, I don't understand why open carry is not allowed in parks when VA law allows it everywhere else in the State.  I respectfully request to you amend the code to allow both and support our second amendment rights.
