Gentlemen;

For too long we have been prohibited from protecting ourselves and our companions from the predator who sometimes (admittedly infrequently) roams the parks.

It is time for you to allow us to protect  ourselves from the predatory, sometimes mentally unbalanced criminals out there.  They feel no restraint  in their carrying lethal knives and firearms.

I respectfully ask that you consider this proposal favorably.
