The law abiding citizen should be allowed to carry in a lawful manner a weapon with which to protect himself and others. The un- lawful person will not abide any restriction and be in the advantage to do harm with a concealable weapon. This is proven by the acts of violence that occur with frightening regularity. 

Plus, more importantly it is our Constitutional Right, no our obligation, to protect ourselves and the Constitution.
