I am a concealed handgun permitee in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  I believe I should be able to protect myself in Virginia's forests.  It is a fact the CHP holders are the safest citizens as demonstrated by the fact that 1.7 million permitees in FL and TX since 1987 and only 0.0098% or 167 had their licenses revoked for cause.

Allow concealed carry permit holders who possess a valid permit to carry a concealed handgun for self-defense within Virginia's state forests.
