I have a concealed handgun permit and a lifetime hunting license. I support the proposed rules to allow permit holders to carry concealed handguns.  I also believe that anyone, who is entitled  to own a handgun and to carry it openly elsewhere in Virginia, should be able to carry the same gun openly in State Forests. 

Also, I would like to see hunting allowed in all State Forests, subject to sound game management practices.
