Concealed Carry in State Forests

Although I am not a resident of Virginia, I do spend alot of my recreational time in beautiful Vrginia, especially state forests that allow horseback riding. I am a licensed CCW permit holder of West Virginia, and a NRA certified pistol instructor, As such I regularly CCW in areas where it is permitted. As an Amercan citizen I feel the 2nd Amendment was meant to include the entire USA without exception. Here in WV and many other neighboring states we allow CCW and you dont have law abiding people just up and shooting someone. When we as citizens allow for sanctuaries for criminals to thrive we pay a far greater price in thier criminal acts than we would/do in areas that permit CCW. Statistics and law enforcement show this with years of statistics.

Shall we NEVER forget what happened at Virginia Tech when a santuary for criminals was created by not allowing CCW, even though law enforcement was only minutes away, TOO Many people died as seconds ticked away, this because no one could defend themselves or others with equal or greater force than the hanus shooter had. Yes it was a massacre, and massacres dont happen in places where CCW is permitted of law abidding citizens, only in places where CCW is forbidden by laws that dont protect us when we need real protection, not mere words on paper known as laws.
