This proposal is unnecessarily burdensome and will cost my company and me (personnally) significant time, money, and effort.  Other states that I am licensed in have this requirement and it is also burdensome and expensive.  The benefit of this regulation to the public and those licensed is also difficult for me to describe as it is so small as to be non-existent; or perhaps, in fact to be non-existent.  The Commonwealth and Board have not demonstrated a compelling need either for this proposed regulation.

In my opinion, it is merely an attempt to expand regulation in a progressively pernicious manner to every aspect of our corporate and personal endeavors. The Legislature and other regulators could stand to do with an indefinite recess.  We'll call when we need you.
