Persons with concealed handgun permits are, by definition, law-abiding citizens. In my view, they should *not* be restrcted from carrying concealed anywhere in a park, including tourist centers, and government facilities. Criminals, on the other hand, simply do not care about our laws and will unlawfully carry a weapon anywhere they can get away with it. I believe that law-abiding citizens should not be restricted from protecting themselves and their families, wherever the threat might occur.
I also suggest that open carry acts as a deterant to crime, and that it is not unreasonable in a park.
