This legislation has my full support,but I feel that open carry should also be allowed.Governor McDonnell as Attorney General wrote opinion on this matter stating that State Parks and other state agencies did not have the power to ban open carry.I strongly agree with his opinion on this matter.I feel the time is long past due for laws restricting law abiding citizens their rights to protecting themselves and their loved ones.Who knows,the life we save be your own or one of your loved ones.Sincerely,Joseph A Pilout IV
