I Support The Rule Change, PLUS Open Carry Should Be Legal Too - See Amendment II, US Const.

I support the proposed regulation, BUT it should also include lawful open carry.

When the current Governor, Bob McDonnell, was the Attorney General, he published an opinion that State Parks and other such state agencies did not have the power to ban openly carried handguns. I agree and want open carry to be legal in State Forests.

The Bill of Rights is quite clear.  "...the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."  I do not see an exception in the constitution allowing the government to ban weapons in forests.
