The proposed rule change allowing concealed carry by CCH holders is long overdue.  Since the State of Virginia sanctions concealed carry of defensive handguns, they should by default be allowed on all State Property.  Virginia also allows for open carry of handguns without permits.  Again, by default to existing law, open carry should be allowed by all Law Abiding Citizens of Virginia.
