Since open carry has been legal in Virginia for as long as I can remember, and probably has never been otherwise, it is unconscionable for any state agency to fail to comply with accepted state law.  Please respect the right of free citizens in Virginia to exercise their God given right to keep on their person the most effective means of self-defense available to them.  That right is implicit in the unalienable right to life.
