As a concerned citizen the carry of concealed and open carry of a personal defence gun should be allowed. Also the discharging of the firearm for personal protection and the protection of others should be allowed. And the crry of a gun into a rest stop when someone relieves themselfs should be allowed also. Rest rooms are a haven for criminals because that is when people are  most vulnerable.
