I feel it is very important that one be able to protect themselves while in our State Forests and Parks just like we can in most other places. Most of the time these forests and parks can be remote or concealed from the view of passersby and even have limited cell service. I feel very vulerable and don't feel comfortable not being able to carry as I usually do in my daily life. I usually do not feel comfortable going to these places for this reason. Please allow open and concealed carry of handguns for our safety.
